HELP US CAMPAIGN TODAY FOR A BETTER TOMORROW!
BIO - Mrs. Anna Jones is a dedicated Flagler County resident who moved here in 2023 to retire and enjoy an active yet peaceful lifestyle—relaxing by the pool, biking, trail walks/rides, soaking up our beautiful beaches, and embracing the natural charm and welcoming spirit that drew her to this special community. After a career in customer service, where she built expertise in listening attentively, solving problems with patience, and putting people first, Anna is now channeling that same dedication into protecting and improving Flagler County for everyone.
Deeply influenced by her father—a respected Colonel in the U.S. Air Force whose final resting place is in Arlington National Cemetery—Anna holds profound love and respect for our military, veterans, and those who serve. This heritage fuels a strong commitment to honoring service members, supporting military families, and ensuring our community remains a place of pride and gratitude.
A fierce advocate for children, animals, and the environment, Anna believes in safeguarding the vulnerable and preserving what makes Flagler County livable: clean air and water, protected wildlife habitats, safe spaces for kids to grow, and humane treatment of animals. With 25 years of passion for genealogy—researching family trees, analyzing DNA, and proudly serving as a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR)—she is committed to preserving history and connections that bind us.
An active volunteer, Anna has been digitizing records for FindAGrave at cemeteries like Pellicer Creek Cemetery, Masonic Cemetery on Old Kings Road, and other local sites to honor those who came before. She has served as an election poll worker since 2008, upholding fair elections, and volunteered with community organizations. Holding an associate's degree in computer science, Anna created peaceforpalm.com and launched a petition after experiencing disruptive flight school noise and pollution from Flagler Executive Airport—filing complaints, researching FAA rules and codes, requesting public records via FOIAs, gathering data, and pushing for quieter, safer, healthier neighborhoods free from excessive lead pollution and noise disturbances.
In conversations with neighbors and friends, Anna hears widespread frustration: explosive growth overwhelming infrastructure, worsening traffic, rising utility costs and property taxes, and officials who seem disconnected from residents' daily realities. She moved here to enjoy retirement in tranquility—not to watch that quality of life erode—and is determined to restore balance.
With a proven track record of research, advocacy, service, and empathy, Anna is running for County Commissioner to deliver common-sense, compassionate leadership that prioritizes families, veterans, children, animals, the environment, fiscal responsibility, transparency, and smart, sustainable growth. She looks forward to meeting residents, listening deeply to your concerns, and working together to protect and enhance the peaceful, vibrant Flagler County we all cherish.

Ingoglia's review, part of his statewide "Fiscal Accountability Tour," claims Flagler County has ~$59.8 million in excessive/wasteful spending.
Key points:
- The General Fund grew nearly 120% (from $92.5 million in FY 2019-20 to $202.7 million in FY 2025-26).
- This far outpaces the county's ~29.4% population growth over the same period.
- Using a benchmark of inflation + population growth, the county added $3,385 in budget spending per new resident (or $13,542 per family of four).
- The county added 80 full-time administrative employees during this time.
- Flagler showed the highest budget increase among the 15+ local governments reviewed so far by the Florida Agency for Fiscal Oversight.
Ingoglia recommends immediate property tax relief for residents, arguing the excess belongs back in taxpayers' pockets rather than government coffers. There were no questions from the room. FAFO!

As a resident of Quail Hollow and owner of the website, PeaceforPalm.com, I know what it means to be ignored by County Officials! I/we have been fighting for our rights and quality of life for years! I hear complaints almost daily. Your voice matters to me!
I have been out talking to residents and there are issues everywhere in this county.
Flagler County's 2026 population is estimated at 146,448, reflecting a 3.43% growth rate over the past year (World Population Review estimate based on U.S. Census Bureau data). Flagler County is the 35th largest county in Florida. The 2010 population was 96,065 and has grown 52.45% since 2010.

Our residents are concerned about rapid growth and development. This has greatly increased flooding.and damaged their properties.
These issues need to be addressed before doubling the size of Flagler County!
Moreover, residents have seen their utility bills and property taxes escalate with little relief on flooding.

Red light afterred light! The roads can't handle the amount of vehicles at high traffic times, lights are not timed, short turn lanes, roads needs expansion before growth. It will only get worse! The traffic on SR 100 at Seminole Woods Parkway backs up eastbound beyond the new light at BJ's and will be worse with a new Walmart! At Belle Terre South the traffic backs up beyond Zebulah's Trail and residents can't get out. Now they have approved many more stores on this corner. We just sit in our cars and watch the planes 25 feet over our heads! US 1 won't be able to handle the amount of vehicles they plan to bring with all the new homes.

There are entire ecosystems to consider when developing neighborhoods. Flooding, Endangered Species, Fragile Ecosystems are gone forever.
The Wetlands absorb the water naturally and recharge the aquifer that provides groundwater. When you build houses and shopping centers, the water drains out to other neighborhods or to the ocean.
We CARE about the FUTURE of Flagler County!

Over 500 operations a day! TAnd they are flying dangerously low! We have data at 25 feet! This is a violation of 14 CFR 91.13, Careless and Reckless!
The constant NOISE and LEAD FUEL have negative health impacts.
The Airport Director and Flagler County have dismissed our pleas and complaints.

-Demanding smarter spending and immediate tax relief.
-Prioritizing core services like public saftey, roads, and infrastructure.
-Push for full transparency so every tax payer dollar is tracked and justified.
-Stand up against administrative bloat and unnecessary expansion.
I'm not a career politician, I'm your neighbor who believes the government should serve the residents, not grow at their expense. Together, we can restore fiscal discipline and make Flagler County better again!

WE LOVE OUR NEIGHBORS! HOW CAN I HELP?
